General English
These programmes are designed to enhance your general english language
skills. We offer levels from beginner through to advanced, these courses
can be taken as either half day or full day programmes. Berlitz material is included.
Business English
Berlitz Manchester offers a wide range of Business English programmes
covering General Business and specialisations such as English For
Marketing, Trade and Investment and Finance. Programmes can be suited to individual needs. Berlitz material is included.
IELTS Preparation
TTo prepare you to take the IELTS test so that you can register an IELTS score for
entry to a British University. Classes are 3 days a week, Tuesday to Thursday.
Cambridge Certificate Exam Preparation
The Cambridge Examinations – First Certificate in English (FCE), Certificate
of Advanced English (CAE), Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) - are
useful for higher-level students who require a widely-recognised certificate
of general competence for employment or study purposes.
Courses are typically 12 or 24 weeks in duration with one further week spent
sitting the exams at a regional Open Examination Centre. Classes catered to student needs, Monday to Friday. Materials are included.
Foundation Programme
This International Foundation Programme is a one year course preparing International students for direct entry onto a University degree programme. The programme offers entry up to a wide range of Business and Engineering degree programmes.The programme is delivered in partnership with the prestigious North Cestrian Grammar School and is accredited by Bolton University. Participants may choose either Business, Engineering or Economics specialisations in addition to the Language study element of the programme. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants are guaranteed progression to Bolton University or can apply to any UK university via UCAS. The International Foundation programme starts in September and finishes in July. Please refer to application form for all terms and conditions.
