This course is for people preparing for a career as a cabin crew member or for those already working in the industry, and aims to develop flight attendants’ oral proficiency skills for routine and non-routine situations.

The course will equip students with the necessary communication skills to carry out pre and in-flight duties and to deal effectively with co-flight attendants, pilots and passengers. Throughout the lessons we aim to improve fluency in spoken English and pronunciation, build key vocabulary, expressions and relevant aviation phraseology, and develop listening, comprehension, and interaction skills.
